Account Manager
The Account Manager is the champion of the client and is responsible for guiding the client through the Clinicient experience and for creating highly satisfied, reference clients. The Account Manager will engage with the client to properly set expectations, guide the client through the implementation process, serve as the client’s primary point of contact for support and work proactively and collaboratively with the client and internal partners to align company and client resources to ensure the maximization of revenue and payment recovery. Account Representative
The Account Representative is responsible for all aspects of medical billing including claims submission, payment entry, payer follow-up, and patient statements and communication.

Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant provides general office support to the Clinicient staff and specific support as required to the Billing Services Operations.

Billing Services Manager
The Billing Service Manager is directly responsible for managing the daily activities of the client billing team to ensure the delivery of high quality billing services to Clinicient’s clients in a manner that builds and maintains positive relationships and client satisfaction.
