Clinicient is a combination of the words “clinic” and “efficient”. That's the essence of who we are. Founded in 1998 by Physical Therapist Jerry Henderson, we focus exclusively on providing advanced practice management solutions to outpatient rehabilitation providers.

Our unique combination of integrated software, proven work-flow processes, Physical Therapy billing expertise and unprecedented knowledge base of payer rules, offers a high-end clinical management system previously only available to the privileged few with huge IT budgets and custom software solutions.

Since 1999, with the introduction of our first integrated software system, thousands of therapists and clinical staff have relied on Clinicient to enable them to care for their clients as well as their bottom line. Through our network of customers in nearly every state, we manage over $100 Million in collections, work with over 2,800 payers nationwide and maintain the largest database of payer rules and knowledge in the outpatient rehabilitation market. Beyond offering dynamic practice management software and Physical Therapy billing services, we partner with our customers to help identify problem areas that prevent efficiencies, bringing proven processes and systems that help improve patient care, ease practice management and maximize reimbursements and collections. Our charter is to reward great care, and solve the problems of getting Physical Therapists paid for their services. Today we are headquartered in Portland, Oregon, with additional offices in Tennessee, Washington and Florida.
