Creta Chandler, Senior Director of Client Operations
Creta heads client services for Clinicient, focusing on optimizing the overall revenue cycle management and business processes for Clinicient customers, with special emphasis on payer relations, claims processing, payment processing, patient account management, denial analysis, management, and prevention, while building a world class billing organization in multiple geographic regions. She joined Clinicient with over 25 years of experience in healthcare management ranging from internal medicine, cardiology and orthopedics. She previously held the position of President of the Washington State Physical Therapy Managers Association, and Chief Financial Officer at Olympic Sports and Spine Rehabilitation. For 8 years, she owned a private practice consulting firm specializing in management and accounts receivable issues. Creta has been involved in several professional organizations in the Pacific Northwest including the American Heart Association, the Washington State Medical Managers Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management. Creta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
