Herb Brasington, Vice President, Founder
Herb Brasington was previously founder and president of Precision Medical Reimbursement Systems, a company that specialized in billing services and software for the Outpatient Rehabilitation industry. Herb led the development of the TherapyOffice billing system, including recent development of HIPAA transactions required to meet the mandates for electronic billing. Herb also led the creation of PMRS’ billing service that uses the TherapyOffice ASP software to provide outsourced billing services for more than 70 rehab clinics nationwide. Herb has been involved in software development of billing and accounts receivable systems for Rehabilitation and Home Health agencies for the past seventeen years. He was a member of the HCFA Providers Electronic Billing Technical Advisory Group and received the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies Service Award. Herb has a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Virginia Military Institute and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
