Kari Minton, Chief Financial Officer
Kari Minton's 24-year career includes experience with interactive television, wireless and cable broadband companies, high tech companies and Big Four public accounting firms. Most recently, Minton was Vice President of Finance at Ensequence, a venture-backed provider of services and solutions to the interactive television industry. Prior to Ensequence, she was Vice President of Finance and Administration at BeamReach Networks, a venture-backed provider of broadband access systems.  She also served as corporate controller at Terayon Communication Systems, where she led the growth and development of the finance organization through Terayon's transition from a pre-public company to a public entity with more than $300 million in worldwide revenues. Minton graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in accounting from Central Washington University.
