Phil Kilcoin, Vice President of Product Management
As VP of Business Operations, Phil leads Clinicient’s sales, business development and distribution strategy. Phil brings 23 years experience in product marketing, software development, program management, distribution strategy, business development, and general management in numerous industries. Most recently, Phil was COO/V.P. of Operations for StoriedLearning, a startup corporate development and online learning company where he led marketing and business development, restructured the distribution strategy for the company, and integrated sales, marketing, and engineering. Phil’s startup experience is complemented with 5 years at Cadence Design Systems/OrCAD, and 9 years at Mentor Graphics, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, engineering and key strategic programs. Phil has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the University of Portland.
