There are two ways to access the Support Center: by clicking Help-Request Support in the application or by completing the form below. When a support request is entered in the Support Center:
- a numbered ticket is automatically entered in our support database;
- an email is automatically sent to you, confirming that we have received your request. This email will include the support ticket number our support team uses for tracking the issue;
- another email is simultaneously sent to everyone on the support team. This email includes all of your vital information (name, database version, etc.) and a link to your support ticket.
This process allows the support team to get the information needed to triage your issue appropriately and get it resolved as quickly as possible. Please understand that completing this form is a critical step in the support process and ensures that your request is properly put in our support queue and that your issues are monitored and tracked.
