To request support, please fill out the following form. Please understand that completing
this form is a critical step in the support process and ensures that your request is properly put
in our support queue and that your issues are monitored and tracked.
When a support request is entered in the Support Center:
- a numbered ticket is automatically entered in our support database;
- an email is automatically sent to you, confirming that we have received your request.
This email will include the support ticket number our support team uses for tracking the issue;
- another email is simultaneously sent to everyone on the support team. This email
includes all of your vital information (name, database version, etc.) and a link to your support ticket.
This process allows the support team to get the information needed to triage your issue
appropriately and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
