Clinicient is dedicated to helping customers succeed on all fronts and get the most value from our solutions. Basic customer support is included at no charge with all our services. Our online infrastructure enables us to support thousands of users, add new features and product enhancements rapidly while maintaining the most stringent security, scalabilitye and performance standards. In addition to diagnosing your problem through a staff member over the phone, we have direct access to your system, and can make any necessary changes immediately.
In addition, we offer excellent training designed to help new customers use Clinicient with only a few hours of training. Our training staff includes actual Physical Therapists and people who know how clinics truly operate.
Customer Support Center
The Clinicient Customer Support Center is a central location for all Clinicient customers to download resources, register for training, check status of support tickets and learn about new software releases. To enter the Support Center, you will need a user name and password. If you do not have a user name or password, or can not locate them, please complete a request form.

Clinicient offers a variety of online training courses designed to both orientate new customers to Clinicient and train new users in all areas including patient registration, scheduling, clinical documentation, administration and template management. .
