Role Summary

As a key member of Clinicient’s implementation team, this team member will be responsible for partnering with the project manager and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services, driving total customer satisfaction.

As an Implementation Analyst, you will work to deliver our software and revenue cycle management solutions to our clients. You will assist the implementation team in helping our clients achieve their strategic goals.  You will help with implementation projects by interviewing clients’ subject matter experts, documenting business requirements, and providing best practice recommendations for applying our best-in-class solutions.  You will also assist with testing and go-live activities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Translating business requirement to system functional requirements. Configure those requirements into the Insight platform.
  • Partner with project managers on check in calls with clients.
  • Answer basic training and system functionality questions in our Empower Community.
  • Support the implementation consultant on the go live configuration checklist.
  • Participate in the sales-to-implementation handover and the implementation-to-support handover meetings.
  • Update Salesforce with relevant client information.
  • Will be fully trained on the Insight Platform and the implementation process.
  • Coordinate with internal team initiatives.
  • Partner with Project Managers and consultants to manage self-directed and group implementations.
  • Training, Travel, Ad Hoc Projects

  • Comfort leading groups, facilitating customer conference calls
  • Familiarity with business applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and preferably Salesforce
  • Must work well as a team member and individually
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently
  • Self-starter
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and changing situations


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in healthcare administration or similar fields or equivalent experience.
  • Strong passion for healthcare and helping our customers.
  • Customer service experience preferred
