Implementation Consultant- Keet

Role Summary

As a key member of Keet’s implementation team, this team member will be responsible for partnering with the project manager and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services through training activities and project support, driving total customer satisfaction.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work to deliver our software and revenue cycle management solutions to our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to achieve their strategic goals. Your major responsibility is training our clients in the use and functionality of our software. You will help to lead implementation projects by interviewing clients’ subject matter experts, documenting business requirements, and providing best practice recommendations for applying our best-in-class solutions.  You will also assist with testing and go-live activities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Training clients on use of Keet software, in large and small group settings, remotely and in person
  • Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of our software and services
  • Assist clients with configuration/setup, roll out and go-live activities
  • Research, gather, and articulate information about our clients’ organizations
  • Configure and apply technology solutions to challenging client needs
  • Assist clients with software testing activities
  • Consistently seek to improve our training approach and materials
  • Travel, Ad Hoc Projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; adept in presenting to groups of various sizes
  • Familiarity with business applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Must work well as a team member and individually
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently
  • Ability to travel to client sites between 75-100% of the time

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or similar fields or equivalent experience.
  • Strong passion for healthcare and helping our customers.
  • Experience providing training, teaching, and/or in customer service focused role.
