Clinicient Inc., the leader in outpatient rehabilitation business solutions, today is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed T. Kent Rowe as Chief Executive Officer. Rowe brings to Clinicient nearly 17 years of executive leadership experience and a clear track record of building market disrupting technologies and services that increase healthcare providers’ revenue and strengthen their engagement with patients and referring physicians.

Prior to joining Clinicient, Rowe served as Senior Vice President of Sales at ZirMed, the Company’s close business partner and provider of cloud-based Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions.  At ZirMed, Rowe was responsible for growing the Company’s enterprise EDI business and achieved historic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) bookings. Rowe’s successes at ZirMed are largely attributed to his strong relationships with partners, collaborative leadership style, strategic hiring, and steadfast devotion to client service.

I’m tremendously pleased to join Clinicient’s executive team. The organization has made enormous progress automating our client’s burdensome manual administrative work, decreasing time to payment, and redirecting clinic staff’s focus back on to their patients,” said T. Kent Rowe, chief executive officer at Clinicient. “The Clinicient team’s primary mission is to make outpatient rehab clinics successful. Our clients experience this in many ways, including the increase in Total INSIGHT clients’ revenue by 11.1% in 2015 and by another 9.3% during the first half of 2016. I look forward to helping not only our clients continue to thrive, but also the patients who depend on them.”

Prior to ZirMed, Rowe served as the vice president and general manager of the hospital and large practice division of GE Healthcare IT. He also spent 17 years with IDX Systems Corporation, advancing from sales executive to regional vice president of sales to national vice president of sales before the company was acquired by GE Healthcare. A 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University, Rowe holds a BA in business management.

“We are truly excited to welcome T. Kent Rowe as Clinicient’s new chief executive officer,” said Saundra Pennington, chief people and process officer at Clinicient. “Throughout his career, Kent has led teams that achieved greatness, and we are certain that he will do the same at Clinicient. Our organization creates the #1 most recommended clinical, financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) solution in the outpatient rehab industry. With Kent leading the way, Clinicient is poised to accelerate this success and deepen its support for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology private practices in 2017 and beyond.”
